Clients include Local Authorities, Public Sector Agencies, Private & Commercial Sector and the Voluntary Sector. A fast-growing business, ProDiverse Ltd needed a more effective management structure and better processes and systems to obtain ISO 9000 and Investors in People. Chrystelle assisted staff in reviewing all the office systems and processes, developed the manual for IS0 and implemented the systems. When ProDiverse looked at being assessed for IiP, Chrystelle reviewed the IiP goals and staff handbook, assisting in providing evidence for the IiP accreditation in partnership with the Business Link IiP advisor. Consequently ProDiverse obtained IiP and the IS0 standards in 2005. When the company was due for IS0 reassessment, Chrystelle brought new staff up-to-date on IS0 processes, assisted in reviewing the manual and updating it and trained all the staff to carry out internal audits. ProDiverse passed its reassessment in 2006 with flying colours, despite the short time to prepare. Ms. Maduakoh was impressed by the way her staff was able to achieve this with minimum input from herself. Employees, now able to actively develop the systems themselves, were extremely pleased with their own achievements and celebrated this teamwork.
